Eco Cards — fully recycled and fully recyclable.

To create our Eco Card, we use post industrial waste polypropelene reformed into new sheets from just down the road, reducing transport distance for our raw sheet to less than a kilometre. We then print it using our waterless and plateless digital offset press and then coat the print with a varnish, not virgin clear laminate.

So not only do we recycle material otherwise destined for landfill, we also print it using low wastage methods and then we avoid the use of clear virgin stock and the glues required for lamination. What you get is an enviromentally low impact card that can caryy many of the features of our other cards, inluding variable data, barcodes and images.
