Custom Products

With our experience of printing on a large range of substrates mixed with our in-house coating facilities, we can create cards from a wide range of core materials and finishes. We can also cut to a custom size as well, so don't feel limited by the conventional CR80 size constraints.

If what you're after doesn't fit in with what is listed here, don't despair. Please contact us to discuss a custom creation to suit your specifications. It may be as simple different names for materials.

Available Sizes

As well as our standard sizes, we also have a range of other sizes available. Please note that they may incur extra setup costs above using one of our standard sizes.

• 80mm × 100mm
• 80mm × 120mm
• 86mm × 145mm
• 148mm × 210mm (A5) with holes in each corner
• 154mm × 210mm with holes for 3-ring binder

All sizes have 3mm radii on the corners.

Custom Sizes

We can also cut to custom sizes that we don't currently stock. We need an extra 7 working days for custom sized orders to manufacture the die. Please take this into account when ordering.
