Online Print Management

Let's face it: ordering print can be an annoying, time consuming chore; especially when it's just a minor revision of something you've already got.

Business card for a new staff member? Let's go through the process: Fill out an email to your graphic designer, have them do the artwork when they've got time, they send you a proof, you review when you've got a moment, send through changes, they alter it, resend a proof, you approve it (when you get a moment), someone organises it to go to the printer, they print it when they've got a spot on a run, you receive an invoice from at least the designer, if not the printer as well, the cards get delivered - eventually.

Wouldn't it be great to get rid of all of that? Get it down to filling out a form, approving the artwork and paying the single invoice all in one go?

What We Can Offer

We can provide the solution using our best of breed Web2Print portal. Any product we can produce and any product we can source can be organised for you in a one stop Web2Print portal. Fully customisable print so you can get online and order cards and stationery for the new staff within minutes of them being hired.

Fully auditable with an approval and sign-off chain available for keeping accounts happy, it can even be set up so that staff can order their own print product as required, with email approval requests sent automatically.

Data can be added to print items for Direct Mail Promotions to take the hassle of dealing with mail merge.

Each portal is customised to each customer's requirements with only the products they need in there, greatly reducing any potential confusion and incorrect ordering.

Demonstration Site

We're currently in the process of finalising our demonstration site aimed at businesses. Once finalised, we will have a link to the site here for you to trial.

In the meantime, the system is currently powering Gifts Your Way, our online personalised gift site. It utilises many of the features available, skipping some of the more business orientated ones, such as third party approval.
